Academic Paper

This is the academic paper for the library sqlserver. There is new features and stuff that is not mentioned in this paper but it is a good start to understand the library and also the algorithms used. It explains the core principles of batch insertion, Getting of dictionaries using SELECT queries and returning columns as lists.
